APPLE CRESCENT ROLLS
Most days I would consider myself a lazy baker. And these Apple Crescent Rolls is an example of one of those days. These Apple Crescent Rolls are made with pre-made crescent rolls (I use the Pillsbury or Trader Joes ones), wrapped around apple slices and topped with cinnamon.

PREHEAT oven to 375℉ and lightly coat a baking tray with nonstick spray or parchment paper.
COMBINE apples, brown sugar, coconut oil, cinnamon and cardamom in a medium-sized bowl.
ARRANGE crescent roll triangles on baking sheet.
PLACE an apple slice on each triangle and wrap around.
SPRINKLE lightly with cinnamon and cardamom.
BAKE for 12 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.

STORAGE: Store any leftovers in an airtight container for 2-3 days in the fridge.
TIPS: You can shortcut It by using canned fried apples with cinnamon. | Sprinkle with whatever spice you like best.
