BANANA PANCAKE DIPPERS
Banana pancakes took a creative turn!
Slice your banana into thirds, dip them in pancake batter, give it a little skillet love with coconut oil or butter, and that's all.
Yummy and adorable.
CUT the two bananas in half, and then slice each half into thirds lengthwise to make 12 slices.
PREPARE the pancake batter according to package instructions.
DIP the banana slices into the pancake batter, using tongs, then place on a greased skillet.
COOK the bananas over medium-heat until golden, about 2-3 minutes per side.
SERVE with maple syrup or jam, if desired.

MAKE AHEAD: You can make the batter up to 2 days in advance.
STORAGE: Store any leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days in the fridge. It's best to pour the maple syrup as you eat to keep any uneaten toast from being too soft.
