CHOCOLATE ALMOND CLUSTERS
Quick and easy dessert made with just 2 ingredients.
Gluten free, sugar free and vegan.
2 ½ cups dry roasted almonds
300 grams dark chocolate chips
heat proof bowl
PLACE the chocolate in a large heat proof bowl over a small pot of boiling water. Once chocolate has melted, add in the almonds and stir until completely covered.
COVER a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spoon the chocolate covered almonds from the bowl and drop them in clusters on the parchment paper. Let cool in the refrigerator until chocolate has set.
SERVE and try not to finish it all in one sitting :)
TIPS: Sprinkle seat salt on top when done. | You can melt the chocolate in the microwave too.
