Peanut butter & jelly smoothie

Sometime you just crave a sweet smoothie, am I right?

This smoothie satisfies my sweet and savory craving all in one.

Only 4 ingredients too... Crazy!

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 oz water

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter powder

  • 1 cup spinach

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

COMPONENTS

METHOD

BLEND all ingredients in a blender​.

serve and enjoy!

 

NOTES

SUBSTITUTIONS: Use regular peanut butter. | Use any frozen berries. | Feel free to add 1 scoop of your choice of protein powder.

TIPS: If you want to add some protein to it, but don't have protein powder, add 1/2 cup Greek yogurt.
