PECAN SMOOTHIE

Pecans take center stage in this smoothie recipe along with tahini, hints of maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla for a nutritious treat that will start your morning off right.

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups almond milk

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • ½ cup pecans

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

  • ice

COMPONENTS

  • Blender

  • serving cup

METHOD

Blend ​all ingredients on high-speed until well combined and creamy.

NOTES

STORAGE: Store any leftovers in an airtight container for 1-2 days in the fridge. 

SUBSTITUTIONS: Use any type of milk you desire.
