CHOCOLATE PEPPERMINT BARK
Kid-friendly, gift-giving, super easy Peppermint Bark!
3 ingredients. No bake. Just melt, pour, freeze, break and eat.
4 3.5 oz bars dark chocolate
4 3.5 oz bars white chocolate
Peppermint candy of your choice
LINE a 9x12 pan with parchment paper.
Melt the dark chocolate until smooth and glossy, about 2-3 minutes. Then, pour the melted dark chocolate on the parchment paper and use a rubber spatula to spread it out evenly. Freeze until it is fully set.
MELT the white chocolate until it is smooth and glossy. Then pour the white chocolate on top of the dark chocolate and spread it out evenly.
CRUSH the peppermints and sprinkle them on top of the chocolate.
Freeze for 1 hour, then break the candy into pieces and enjoy!
TIPS: Line your pan with parchment paper so that you can remove the bark easily. | You can melt the chocolate in the microwave. | Cut the bark using a long knife and gently press down.
