PUMPKIN CAKE BALLS
Get into the mood for fall with the classic flavor of pumpkin
in the form of round, bite-sized treats.
These festive and easy pumpkin cake pops are delicious and so fun to eat!
BAKE the pumpkin bread mix as a cake and as stated on the box.
COOL the cake and then break apart in a large bowl.
ADD the cream cheese and mix the cake into It until you have "dough" (I find It best to use your hands).
ROLL the dough into balls and place on a baking sheet or plate.
MELT the chocolate until smooth, and dip the ends of the cake.
PLACE the cake balls in the freezer for 15-20 minutes, so the chocolate hardens.
STORAGE: Store any leftovers in an airtight container for about a week in the fridge...if they aren't eaten before then. You can also freeze them and let them thaw for 5 minutes before serving. They taste even better half-frozen.
