AVOCADO BLACK BEAN QUESADILLA
INGREDIENTS & EQUIPMENT
2 large tortillas
1 garlic clove
juice of 1/2 lime
¼ cup precooked black beans
2 tbsp red onion
handful chopped cilantro
½ cup cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil for pan
Measuring cups and spoons
ADD garlic, lime juice, black beans, red onion, cilantro, and salt and stir.
HEAT olive oil and then 1 tortilla on the skillet.
ADD the cheese and avocado mixture on the tortilla. Close with another tortilla. Heat until one side becomes golden.
FLIP and heat other side until golden.
LEFTOVERS: Store any leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days in the fridge; however, they taste better if you eat them right away.
TIPS: You can top them with any spices and vegetables you want. | Add hot sauce.
SWAPS: You can leave out the cheese!
