AVOCADO STUFFED WITH TUNA

Tuna stuffed avocados are a delicious low-carb, keto, Whole30 and paleo-friendly lunch or snack recipe. A simple combination of tuna salad and avocados. They’re easy to make.

INGREDIENTS & EQUIPMENT

1 12 oz can White Albacore Tuna

1 Avocado

1 lime, juiced

2 tsp soy sauce

1 clove garlic

pinch of cilantro

Bowl for mixing ingredients

Measuring spoons

METHOD

DRAIN tuna and place into mixing bowl with lime juice, soy sauce, garlic and salt. Stir to combine.

STUFF into avocado bowls.

DRIZZLE hot sauce if you want It spicy.

NOTES

LEFTOVERS: Store any leftovers in an airtight container for 2-3 days in the fridge.

TIPS: You can top them with any herbs and spices you want | Add hot sauce.
