1 1/2 lb heirloom tomatoes
2 firm peaches
3/4 cup basil leaves
2 balls burrata
2 tbsp balsamic glaze
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp white wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt & pepper to taste
Measuring cups and spoons
MIX the dressing ingredients with the tomatoes, in a large bowl.
ARRANGE the tomatoes, peaches, and burrata on a large platter.
SPRINKLE the mint, lifting some of the salad from underneath to the top.
DRIZZLE the balsamic glaze goodness throughout the salad.
LEFTOVERS: Store any leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days in the fridge.
SWAPS: Use any type of vinegar you have for the dressing. | Any kind of tomato works for this salad - as long as they're ripe. | Mint instead of basil.
