VEGGIE CHOPPED SALAD

Eating your veggies will never have tasted so good!

This veggie salad is full of crunch, flavor, and colors.

Take fridge foraging to a whole new level.

 

INGREDIENTS

DRESSING

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 2 tbsp lemon

  • Salt & pepper to taste

SALAD

  • 1 head romaine lettuce

  • 1 crown broccoli

  • 1 crown cauliflower

  • 2 bunches spinach, chopped

  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped

  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped

  • 1/4 cup mushrooms, chopped

  • 1/2 cup cucumbers, chopped

  • 1/4 cup radishes, chopped

COMPONENTS

  • Chopping board

  • Sharp knife

  • Mixing bowl

  • Serving bowls

METHOD

CHOP all ingredients.

 

COMBINE all ingredients in a big mixing bowl.​

DRESS it up.

STORAGE: Store any leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days in the fridge.
