1⅓ cups oat flour (If you need to make oat flour, place 1 ¾ cups rolled oats in a food processor and process until powdery)
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp cinnamon
1 cup almond butter (creamy or crunchy depending on texture preference)
3 tbsp coconut oil
1 cup maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract
1½ cups rolled oats
1½ cups chocolate chips

PREHEAT oven to 350F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
WHISK the oat flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon together in a mixing bowl.
ADD coconut oil, almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract and mix together until the consistency of natural nut butter forms.
FOLD in rolled oats and chocolate chips.
FORM dough into balls and place on baking sheets.
BAKE for 15 minutes or. until cookies become golden.
