1 ½ cups pecans
1 ½ cups cashews
3 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1-3 tbsp maple syrup, optional
toast, to serve
Food processor or blender

Measuring cups and spoons
BLEND pecans in a food processor (You can toast the pecans beforehand in the oven at 350°F for about 8 minutes)
ADD cashews and blend together
ADD in coconut oil, vanilla extract, and maple syrup
BLEND until desired consistency is reached
SERVE on toast
