4 tbsp unsalted butter
4 tbsp olive oil
2 onions
1 tomato, peeled
4 zucchinis, sliced
1½ cups water
salt to taste
2 tsp tomato paste
2 cups rice, cooked
pot to cook your rice
chopping board
sharp knife
measuring cups & spoons
large skillet or deep dish pan
spatula or wooden utensil
COOK rice and set aside
MELT butter in large skillet or deep dish pan
ADD olive oil and mix together
SAUTE onions until slightly colored
ADD the tomato and zucchinis, sauté for a while
MIX in the water, salt, and tomato paste
FOLD in the cooked rice
COOK covered until the water has absorbed, around 8 to 12 minutes
